By accessing the pk67 website at pk67.io, creating an account, logging in, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with pk67's Privacy Policy and any additional rules or terms applicable to specific games, promotions, or features offered on the platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the registered member) and pk67. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the pk67 platform. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated version.

To register and maintain an active account on pk67, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations for casino-style online gambling.
• You must be physically located within a jurisdiction where online gaming is legally permitted at the time of each gaming session.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion agreement with pk67 or any PAGCOR-affiliated platform.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of pk67 or any of its affiliated companies or game providers.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

pk67 will request identity documents as part of its Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Acceptable documents include a valid Philippine government-issued ID (SSS, GSIS, PhilHealth, driver's licence, passport, or UMID). Accounts that fail to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may have their withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

Each individual may register only one (1) pk67 account. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — regardless of whether different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices are used — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension.

When registering your pk67 account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information. You are responsible for keeping your account information current. pk67 reserves the right to verify the accuracy of any information provided at registration or at any point thereafter.

• You must provide a valid email address that you control and regularly access.
• Your registered name must match the name on your government-issued ID and your payment method.
• You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your pk67 account.
• You must not share your login credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account.
• If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pk67 support immediately at [email protected].

pk67 reserves the right to close, suspend, or place restrictions on any account at its discretion, including where required by law or where the account is found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions. Where an account is closed by pk67 for reasons other than a breach of these terms, any verified balance remaining will be returned to the member via their registered payment method.

All financial transactions on pk67 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed exclusively through pk67's approved payment channels, which include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, QR Ph, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability at the time of the transaction.

The following conditions apply to all pk67 deposits and withdrawals:

• All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances.
• Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the pk67 cashier at the time of the transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. Unverified accounts may have withdrawal requests held pending the completion of identity verification.
• pk67 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request, which may extend processing times beyond standard windows.
• Deposits made to a pk67 account that cannot be attributed to a legitimate payment source may be voided and the associated account suspended pending investigation.
• Chargeback requests submitted to payment providers in bad faith while a withdrawal request is pending with pk67 constitute fraud and will be reported accordingly.

pk67 offers various promotions to its registered members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and referral rewards. All promotions are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the point of each offer, in addition to these general Terms & Conditions.

• Bonus funds are separate from real-money balances. Real-money funds are used first unless pk67's cashier settings specify otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed using real-money stakes or bonus funds as specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• pk67 reserves the right to withdraw a promotional offer, modify its terms, or cancel a bonus at any time if there is evidence of misuse or abuse.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per member. Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in forfeiture of all bonus and associated winnings.
• Certain games may contribute differently to wagering requirements. The contribution rates for each game type are detailed in the applicable promotion terms.
• pk67 reserves the right to impose a maximum withdrawal limit on winnings generated from bonus funds, as specified per promotion.

By claiming any pk67 promotion, you confirm that you have read and agree to the specific terms of that promotion. pk67's decision on all bonus and promotion-related matters is final.

All bets and wagers placed on pk67 — whether on slots, live casino games, sports markets, online sabong, or bingo — are subject to the individual game rules published within the platform, as well as the general conduct standards set out in these Terms & Conditions.

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk67 does not accept requests to void or amend bets after they have been accepted by the system.
• pk67 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event or outcome where a technical error, pricing error, or data feed failure has resulted in an incorrect market being offered.
• In the event of a game disconnection mid-round, pk67's system will record the state of the game at the point of disconnection and resolve the round accordingly. pk67 is not liable for losses caused by the member's internet connection issues.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game environment and the sports betting interface.
• Live casino games are subject to the rules set by the respective game studio (e.g., Evolution Gaming). These rules take precedence over general pk67 game conduct rules in cases of conflict.

pk67 uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all non-live games. RNG certification is conducted by independent third-party testing agencies, ensuring that all game outcomes are fair, random, and not influenced by the platform operator.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on pk67 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and — where applicable — reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your eligibility to use the platform.
• Money laundering: Using pk67 as a mechanism to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from unlawful activity. pk67 complies fully with Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (AMLA) requirements.

• Unauthorised access: Attempting to access pk67's systems, databases, or internal tools through means not authorised by pk67.
• Circumventing restrictions: Using VPNs, proxy services, or other technical means to access pk67 from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited.

pk67 is committed to promoting responsible gaming across its entire member base. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are accessible directly from every member's account dashboard — no support request required to activate them.

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss limits: Restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session duration, after which you will be automatically logged out.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the pk67 platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any pk67 content without prior written authorisation.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on pk67 materials.
• Use pk67's brand name, logos, or trademarks in any commercial context without explicit written permission.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the pk67 platform using automated means.

Any breach of these intellectual property restrictions constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions and may result in legal action.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pk67 and its directors, employees, affiliates, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Losses resulting from game outcomes, whether on slots, live casino, sports betting, sabong, or bingo.
• Losses caused by interruptions to platform availability due to maintenance, technical failures, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Inaccuracies in sports odds or live event data supplied by third-party data feed providers.
• Decisions made by pk67 in the exercise of its rights under these Terms & Conditions, including account suspensions carried out in good faith.

Where pk67's liability cannot be excluded under mandatory Philippine consumer protection law, pk67's total aggregate liability to any member in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pk67 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to registered members via email to the address on file and/or via a prominent notice on the pk67 website prior to the changes taking effect.

Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a pk67 member — pk67 will provide a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the updated terms take effect. For minor clarifications or corrections that do not materially affect member rights, updates may take effect immediately upon publication.

Your continued use of the pk67 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure before the amendment takes effect.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms, your pk67 account, or your use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, pk67 encourages members to attempt resolution through pk67's internal dispute resolution process:

• Step 1: Submit a detailed written complaint to pk67 support at [email protected], including your account details and a clear description of the issue.
• Step 2: pk67's support team will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within ten (10) business days.
• Step 3: If you remain unsatisfied with pk67's response, the matter may be escalated to the PAGCOR complaints and dispute resolution process.

pk67 operates under the PAGCOR regulatory framework. PAGCOR's decisions on regulatory matters are binding on pk67. Members may contact PAGCOR directly regarding any unresolved regulatory complaint.
